KANZA features a rich, deep umami profile with a smooth, clean finish. Its flavour is full-bodied and complex, offering a silky texture with subtle natural sweetness. Aromatic and refined, Kanza carries gentle notes reminiscent of seaweed and a red-wine–like depth. Best enjoyed as a concentrated Koicha or a strong, flavour-forward Usucha to fully appreciate its character.
