Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement; after this period, or once a shipping confirmation is sent, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Non-returnable items 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and exchanges due to the nature of the products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exceptions

Errors in order placement must be reported immediately to customersupport@thematchasommelier.co.uk; do not place a new order.
